Investigation on granular medium forming formability of TA1 titanium alloy cylinder-shaped parts

چکیده

In order to investigate the formability of granular medium forming (GMF) based on Mohr–Coulomb constitutive model with tri-axial compression test and true stress–strain curves TA1 titanium alloy from uniaxial tensile tests, numerical simulation sheet deep drawing finite element method was performed, tests were also carried out. Simulation analysis results show that GMF process is suitable for sheets can effectively improve uniformity wall thickness formed parts, reduce tendency wrinkles, quality.
